      • A standard delivery charge 100 Taka for every 12kg cylinder, and 150 taka for each 25kg, 35kg or 45kg gas will apply to all orders delivered within our designated delivery radius.
      • This delivery charge for your order will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

      • Our standard delivery radius encompasses the major city in Bangladesh.
      • Deliveries outside the standard delivery radius may be subject to additional charges or may not be available. Customers will be notified of any applicable charges during the checkout process. or by direct call from our customer care.

      • In certain cases, such as promotional events or special offers, we may waive standard delivery charges or offer discounted delivery rates.

Return & Refund Policy

​Return Policy:

        • Due to the nature of LPG gas and safety concerns, returns may be limited or not accepted for opening of the safety seal from the cylinder valve.
        • Returns may be accepted in cases of damaged or defective cylinders upon delivery. Customers should notify the e-commerce customer cared 16797 immediately upon receipt of the damaged or defective cylinder.
        • Any return of LPG gas cylinders must comply with relevant safety regulations and guidelines. The customer may need to provide photographic evidence of damage or defects.
        • Returns must be initiated within a specified time frame from the delivery date, typically within 24 hours.  

​ ​Refund Policy:

        • Refunds will be issued for returned cylinders that are confirmed to be damaged or defective.
        • Refunds may be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
        • In cases where a replacement cylinder is not available, a refund will be provided.
        • Refunds exclude of delivery charges or fees associated with the purchase.

        • Orders for LPG gas cylinders may be cancelled within 10 minutes before the scheduled delivery date.
        • Cancellation requests should be submitted through the e-commerce portal's designated channels or direct call to 16797.
        • Any cancellation fees or penalties, if applicable, should be clearly communicated to the customer.
